Effin and Jeffin

Stung by a wasp this morning- apparently I looked like I was breakdancing.
Hideously long dental appt this afternoon.
Driving myself crazy with Indyref stuff- Floss has told me to step away from FB but I just can't help myself.
Never have I watched so much news. Or effed and jeffed at the telly so much.
I actually forgot GBBO was on tonight as mesmerised by Pat Kane on C4 news.
