Sandy shoes.

Took the children for a walk along the beach. Murron hates having sand in her shoes. We went through the usual routine of Murron complaining that there was sand in her shoes and me saying that's what happens when you go to the beach. Murron demanding that her shoes were removed, sand tipped out and shoes put back on again. Me replying No! Murron removing shoes, getting sand on her socks, removing socks, getting sand on her feet and bursting into tears. Me having no sympathy and shouting because this always happens. Finally me dusting off her feet, putting sandy socks and shoes back on again and Murron running off happily to get more sand in her shoes which miraculously will not bother her until our next trip to the beach!

Found a sea urchin though, which made today a good day:-)
