Water Wednesday: Without

Awareness of the long-standing drought conditions we are experiencing has led us to drastically reduce the irrigation of our landscape. The former owners did use some native and drought tolerant plants, but even the hardiest ones suffer from lack of moisture. This succulent, even with an ability to store water in its fleshy parts, really illustrates our dry conditions. For the challenge, this is "lack of water."
