An emotionally draining couple of hours this morning.

Went to visit a possible nursery for Dexter. Hadn't prepared myself for the fact that I might be a bit sad at the idea of leaving dexter in nursery. It was always just how it was going to be but reality hits...
The nursery was lovely though. Friendly staff and happy children. Dexter seemed quite interested too.
Still reeling from the visit, we went to the polling station. More plans and hopes for the future. Now we just leave it in the hands of the voters.
A wander round Morningside, Bruntsfield and Tollcross. A big sense of community today. This is what happens when we all share the same experience, even if it's from 2 different viewpoints.

Been saving the Hanging Bat's birthday beer from last year for a special occasion. I think this warrants it. Up Smoke Kriek - goes perfect with Sam's delicious steak pie.
