What a wet day

It was such a wet day that we spent the entire day dashing between museums. We started at the national Museum - then I went on a solo mission to see the photographs in the Portrait Gallery (CMC was excused duites for extra light shopping). However the only section not available was the Photo section.

So we repaired to the 'Outsider' on George IV Bridge for a really excellent meal - mid-afternoon. Then bought some pasteries from the French Patisserie next door on the way back to our accommodation.
