Please hold the line…..

The lovely Meg arrived today and had to phone Npower to sort her bill out. After she had been told to hold the line (on her mobile) for 48 minutes, I also phoned them. When I eventually managed to speak to someone I passed them on to her - and the problem was sorted! It only took just under an hour - well done NPower….not!!!
