A New Day

Homeward Bound

Had to leave our lovely cottage and the sunshine of Argyll to make our way home. We stopped en route at the Inverawe Smokehouse to buy some of their delectable smoked salmon, so that's our supper sorted!

We also visited the Hollow Mountain, otherwise known as Cruachan Hydro-Electric Power Station, which is built into Mount Cruachan with only the Visitors's Centre visible from outside. The most incredible statistics were offered on the guided tour as to its size, speed, power output, construction etc etc and we left suitably impressed and wondering why more power stations are not built along the same lines.

Momentous decisions were made as we slept last night and we just hope that everyone can now work together and get on with making life better for us all.
