Recipe#25 Fennel, Orange & Olive Salad

This is the second time that I have tired fennel. I didn't like it that much when I tried it for the first time. However, the combination of liquorish of the fennel, sweet and sour of the oranges and salty of the olive turned out to be very very fresh and lovely!

Very easy recipe...just combine them all with parsley and add some olive oil and salt and pepper. That's it.
