Hardwick Hall

On the way home we visited Hardwick Hall in Derbyshire. Built 400 years ago its creator Bess of Hardwick cleverly began to build the Devonshire Dynasty and was responsible for the building of Chatsworth. Hardwick Hall has Elizabethan architecture and artifacts which have been left in their original state. An interesting afternoon and lovely gardens to wander through
