Doric Temple

Lovely afternoon for a walk in Petworth Park, much fresher than lately but still sunny and warm. This is the Doric Temple in the park. There is an inscription inside which struck a chord.

There be things the good of which
and the use of which are beyond
all calculation of wordly goods, of
earthly uses; things such as Love
and Honour and the Soul of Man
which cannot be bought with price
and do not die with Death.
