Examen

Much reduced in numbers at the pub after church tonight with all the Uni students gone, but still special - we do examen together.

Examen is a Jesuit spiritual practice, where you quiet yourself and go over your day and think about how you felt at different points - the purpose being to become more aware of God in your life, and to live better as a result. We then go round sharing a high and a low point of the day. Quite a challenge in a noisy pub, but so worthwhile.

We also have a drink!
