Potteric Carr Nature Reserve

Today was an odd day. Didn't manage to leave home until late so we decided to try and get some localish caches done. They were set in Potteric Carr, a nature reserve ran by Yorkshire Wildlife trust. We had a great day and just about managed to avoid the worst of the rain. In fact, we had just moved the car when the heavens opened.

It was a lovely walk though and Grace was very interested in the wildlife. She was given some spotting guides and she borrowed a pair of binoculars to see the birds. I think she'd love to go again!
