Unsuspected ...

This woodland scene, complete with burn running beneath mature trees, is in the very centre of Dunoon, with the main road running only metres away to the right of the photograph. I took it from the bridge that is well known to generations of St Mun's Primary pupils, as it leads to their school, but on which I had never stood until today. I frequently take the path parallel to the road simply to get away from traffic as I walk to the Co-op; today I stepped aside to record a moment of tranquillity.
