Old Post Office - Lochbuie, Isle of Mull

So we travelled to Lochbuie, a stunning drive along remote picturesque scenery, mountains and lochs which eventually brings you too Lochbuie. With its scattered houses dotted around, a wide cove, with rocks and sandy beach and glorious mountain backdrop. A very secluded spot indeed where you find 'The Old Post Office', a small wooden hut, complete with post box that they still collect from.

You can make yourself a hot drink, buy anything from ice-cream to pre-packed meat or fish, gifts which range from table mats to woolly hats......and not a sole in sight. You just pop your money for any purchases in the Honesty Box!- Island life it is just great!! :D
