Distressed

Saw this flag flying the day after the day of the Big Decision. Looks OK doesn't it.

But on closer look the chap who put the flag up the pole the wrong way round and it appears the the flag is up -side-down, which as anyone who knows a thing or two about flags is a sign of distress, Union Flag Inversion maybe it was because flag would have appeared on the balcony of this image YES

So I'm not sue the owner was
A. Being Ironic
B. Supporting the YES owners above him by denigrating the flag
C. He was in trouble and was looking for assistance
D. He didn't realise what he was doing
