Strange bedfellows......

.....no, make that strange breadfellows......it's baking day chez meancoast (that would be something to do with the weather).....I found a couple of bottles of cider lurking in a cupboard yesterday that were (supposedly) past their 'best by' date (er, but does cider go off, it tasted fine to me?), warmed it and used it instead of water in some onion bread dough......tell you what, it works a treat!
