Wandsworth Common: Heron

More elegant a creature in large ("L").

I went to Wandsworth Common this afternoon to see what was going on there; I found this heron and enjoyed watching it going about its business (fishing, flying, preening...). I really wasn't sure which photo to choose, but liked this one for the light in the foliage.
