The Fog

I remember reading 'The Fog' by James Herbert when I was about 11.

The thing I remember most about the book was that in one chapter there was a character from Manchester and the author went on about him having an accent.

And I remember thinking at the time: 'Have I got an accent?'

This naivety lasted till I reached University - when it was blown out of the water!
