Did a bit of coarse fishing for a change; it's been about three years since I last dusted off the gear and drowned some maggots.

It seems I've not lost the touch as I landed well over 100lb of carp and lost probably another 40lb - all in about five hours.

I was getting daggers from everyone else towards the end (especially those who'd been there from 10 a.m.), but everyone knows class is permanent.

This was one of four 10lb plus common carp. The best of the day was an 18lb mirror but it wasn't as pretty.
