Swiss Pandas

I have no idea what the significance of these pandas and flowers are, here in Geneva. Could be related to a local television programme for children, as it's a mural on a wall which borders a small park off the Rue Lausanne.

Colourful and cheery though, on what is a dull, dreary and drizzley afternoon.
