Playing with Beeswax

This collage beeswax panel is approx 12x6 inches. Never attempted to work with beeswax until the workshop with Suze (schmoozings on Blip) Weinberg on Wednesday.

I love messy crafting & this has to be the messiest & gungyist ever! Still cleaning my crafting mat today.....my own fault for not taking enough care placing the wax.

Chose an Alice In Wonderland theme as able to work in my fave colours. After doing the layering & placing of objects applied some colour using mica powders called Perfect Pearls which were furrher enhanced using texture & Stickles glue. Used a cardboard flourish to enhance the finished look. Oh yes & threw some gold beads on just to enhance the sparkle.
