Cowra Japanese Gardens

On the last day of our holiday to the Barossa Valley we called in to Cowra, NSW to look at the beautiful Japanese Gardens. They were designed by world renowned Ken Nakajima in 1977, and constructed from 1978 to 1986. The final result is just stunning.

A real unexpected bonus was that Lesley & I ran into Walking Wombat and CCN, who were giving the new super-sleek RV it's first major outing to Cowra. We sat and shared a great lunch with them in the café at the Gardens before they headed off to tour the gardens, and we pushed on home. What a fabulous day!
