Tart

I refer, of course, to the comestible you see in front of us, the round yellow one. It is my French Onion Tart, though would more accurately be called a Welsh Pancetta and Onion Tart. I baked it with pancetta from one of our local producers, to spotlight them. And produced a leaflet to go with it. Recipe of the month. It was a big success.

Hope it helps to bring more people to our Farmers' Market.
