Dereliction

Steps up to a block of flats with the glass panels smashed away, the steps broken and the metal supports wrenched away. Real signs of neglect and lack of care. Scaffolding up the front of the building and rendering coming away.
Odd as the building is only about six years old and advertised as well presented luxury flats.
