I'd never make GB Bakeoff

Lemon drizzle cake, the middle was still liquid when the top was brown so by the time the middle was cooked the top was nearly black!

The 'drizzle' disappeared but is definitely there!

It tastes good though!!

Also made a delicious fish pie and a pear & fig tarte tatin which was very tasty!! Not a bad session in the kitchen, and all cleaned up and tidy again now!!
