Carnoustie Golf Course is buzzing with activity this week in preparation for the Dunhill Championship next week. In the meantime the Ryder Cup is underway at Gleneagles, which under normal circumstances would be about 45 minutes away. There seems to be a constant stream of helicopters going back and forward all day to Gleneagles which is undoubtedly a great way to queue jump.

If I had been a bit quicker off the mark however, my Blip would have been a guy chasing across the club carpark after his electrically powered golf cart which had decided to do a runner! I'm pleased to say he also saw the funny side of it!
