42.2%

I went to make a loaf of bread tonight but discovered I only had 190g of flour. Not to be beaten, I worked out that this was 42.2% of the amount I needed, so down-scaled all of the other ingredients.

It's safe to say it didn't really work. I'm left with about 21.1% of a loaf, because it didn't rise.
