Drunks Barrow

This made me chuckle.

The plaque states:

'DRUNKS' BARROW
This barrow was used by Leith Police Officers in Victorian Times in order to convey drunks and incapable persons who had been arrested in the Leith area to the Police station there.

You can just imagine...
