Blue Heroes

Today the Harrier Club had the Lovelock Memorial Fun Runs and Walks down at Caroline Bay. PlaceMakers a local Building Supply Merchants in conjunction with our club held it's fund raising event the Undy 500, a 500m run or walk raising money for Blue September New Zealand, which is for Prostate Cancer, in Men has a very high Mortality Rate. This is the Official Blue Streak the Super Hero for Blue September with a bunch of other Super Heroes at the start of the Junior Jacks 1500m Kids run and Just like Jack Lovelock winning the 1500m at the Berlin Olympics he is Running on Air. I was all set for an afternoon of Photography,but missed over 1/2 the event when I assisted the Medic at a Medical Emergency which was not part of our event, there were two incidents, a rolled ankle and a Hypoglycemic boy who collapsed both members of the public passing by our event.
