Floral demo by Charlotte

Charlotte is an award-winning young florist. This morning I went to a demo she did for a coffee morning hosted by our Mayor. I've never been any good at flower-arranging myself, though my Mum was an expert and a demonstrator herself. This isn't the finished arrangement, but it's looking pretty impressive already. Did you know you could twirl aspidistra leaves around and staple them?! Do, neither did I. And that can is something you can spray on leaves, like aspidistra, to make them shiny!

This took place in the Council Chamber - hence all the portraits of past Mayors of the town!
