An uphill struggle

This is the elevation profile of my run this evening - no wonder it felt like I was running uphill....

I didn't get to run until late! Noo coughed all night so I didn't get any sleep. I got up with him at 6am and went back to bed for a bit at 8am. He went to bed just before noon and I had to wake him so that we could go and pick up GravyC after his 18 mile run. (We'd have been in trouble if we hadn't - he finished on his knees!!!) Anyway - I had to run on the way home, a long time after my piece of toast for breakfast. It was hard work, but luckily I had an emergency pound coin in my pocket and was able to buy a life saving Callipo 1 mile from home......
