Peter and Debbie's garden

My son and his partner recently moved into a house which has a beautiful garden. The elderly lady they bought it from had been in it for 40 years and she was clearly an expert. They are intending on letting things tick over for a year to see how it develops. Neither of them have time for gardening really so I hope they don't let it get away from them. I don'y know what this flower is but I really like the colour of it.

They made us a lovely Sunday dinner which was good as we had just driven from castle Sween and I couldn't be bothered cooking.
