This view reminds me of the multi story car park featured in the original "Get Carter".

It's council offices in reality.

This was no doubt considered quite tall in its day, but newer, taller buildings are moving in.

A shame, the new buildings are no more aesthetically pleasing.

Still, a sculptor once proposed Leeds build a 200ft owl statue....
