Cow and calves, Hanworth Common

I often pass through Hanworth, a small neighbouring village with a big common. A local landowner recently tried to claim ownership of the common and the locals took him all the way to the House of Lords...and won.
The common is often used for grazing cattle. Sometimes we see rare breeds there, longhorn cattle and so forth. Passing through on a foggy morning, they are a marvellous sight.
