Great Spotted Woodpecker

(Alternative title: "I need a longer lens.")

We went for a second viewing on the house we've got an eye on today, and then took a walk in a nearby park. We explored an attached nature reserve that we didn't know was there and spent time in the bird hides. This woodpecker was first spotted hiding in a tree and after a while it flew to somewhere we could get a better photo. Very accommodating!
