Beautiful Day

Another glorious day here in Frinton. We had a late breakfast at our favourite Cafe 19. Afterwards we went for a nice walk along the beach, as you can imagine there was a number of other people doing just the same thing.

Here's a couple enjoying a paddle and taking in some lovely warm autumn sunshine.

It looks like the guy has his finger stuck in the suntan cream bottle, what do you think ?
