Hibiki

For my birthday yesterday, Ann and I went to YummyTori for some lovely Japanese food. After lunch, I just had to try a 17 year old Hibiki Japanese whisky. It was absolutely glorious.

Afterwards, we went across the road for a couple of beers in the Hanging Bat, where we bumped into John, who was just finishing off a hot dog. We had two or three beers there, then went home to watch State of Grace, one of my three favourite films of all time.

It was a good day.
