Berries

The regular instructor at our regular spinning class was on holiday this morning and the fill in instructor was tough. Hubbby and I both felt physically sick half way through the session. We've spent the rest of the day trying to recover!!

I was a bit disappointed with this shot when I got it on the computer but heading out to camera club now so no chance of another today. Hope your week has started well!
