There are several types of rieska (pronounced ['ries.ka]). Rieska are unleavened barley-based flat breads, which are made similarly to crispbreads, but are not dried into a crisp.

This here is a Savonian-style barley rieska served with munavoi, a spread made of butter and hard boiled eggs.
