Daily Bread

Breadmaking has been on hold for a while, as I've been off here and there and away from the kitchen, but is now firmly back on the agenda. This is a multiseed loaf, from a supermarket packet mix and with some extra poppy seeds sprinkled on top for added nutty flavour. Nice soft crust, good open texture, toasts well too.
