Freddie fell over!

What a plonkit! Woke up this morning, chilled in bed for a bit doing some internet research as to what we might do, where we might go next etc then decided to venture out for coffee and breakfast. Hadn't got very far when Freddie fell ... just being clumsy and not paying attention (looking at the architecture!), no mopeds or anyone else involved ... ooops!

Before she knew it she was picked up by some men in a garage close by, water straight on the wound, one of them sped off on a moped to get clean cotton wool and some alcohol wash and she was given a chair to sit down on. Stopped bleeding with a bit of pressure then they wrapped it up and off to the pharmacy. A bit shaken but hopefully not too bad. Got some saline, iodine and dressings from the pharmacy, back to the hotel to sort it then second time lucky ... managed breakfast and coffee this time!

Spent the rest of the day meandering about, checking out onward travel and what to do tomorrow ... maybe the Cu Chi Tunnels. Have also booked another night at the hotel so will be here until Thursday at least.

Popped into a coffee shop and storm yesterday had made the papers so was a particularly bad one although there was another today.

Street food for lunch ... lets see how the stomachs are tomorrow!
