Conor's Man-Cave

My nephew Conor, with his sister, Mum and Dad just got the keys to their new house and I called round at lunchtime. Loads to fix, it hasn't been lived in for years, but besides having a bedroom each, there are smaller spare rooms and Conor's got plans. A fireman's pole to his bedroom below or at worst a ladder. The possible need for swift access and egress from a man-cave has not been lost on Conor's 11 year old mind. Oh the adventure..
