Royal Infirmary tree

I went to the Royal today for another physio appointment and I was much heartened to find that the physiotherapist thought I had made good progress. I won't be going back for another three months and while I need to carry on doing the exercises, I can drop some of them. That's a relief as every minute counts before I go to work. I think my walking holiday was at least partly responsible for my improvement - but I doubt that I would get another holiday prescribed on the NHS.

I saw this tree was in the car park on my way to the bus stop and I liked its bark.
