The future

Some of the books I'm currently reading as part of the Clerkenwell & Islington Guiding course I'm studying this year.
Wonderful to immerse myself in the history of the borough that I've lived in for the last 40 odd (some very odd) years.
Tour guiding will be my future. Finding it hard to focus on the present and do what I need to do at work before I retire (still keep having to convince myself that I'm really going to do this).
Would much rather be out there on the streets leading walks - as I will be doing this Friday with my Marylebone Muses walk part of the Footprints of London Literary Festival.
Tour guiding here I come!
