VOTE - Red or Brown

What is your sauce of choice, Red or Brown?

I was indoctrinated from an early age by my mother!
Brown was an absolute 'No no!' - Not the done thing at all! Ketchup - Heinz, of course, was allowed, but only on a handful of dishes that included fish pie, Shepherds' pie and macaroni cheese.

Needless to say the preference and sparse use of Heinz Tomato Ketchup has remained with me to date, although I'm thinking of trying brown sauce soon - in an act of defiance!!!!!

Incidentally - a little praize for the first person to say why it is called HP
