Puzzle

Our MD has heard of my job offer and wanted to meet up to discuss the options. We discussed the strategy of the business, why they didn’t want me to leave and what they could do to keep me, like increase the scope of my job and responsibility. So it turns out I’ve now got another offer on the table, with the opportunity to stretch myself in areas of the business that I’ve never worked in before.

What a dilemma! It’s like a puzzle with no real idea if your decision is the right answer.
