Blossoming

I was taken by this little bunch of blossom, growing all by itself on the branch of a blossom tree in the middle of the CBD today. So pretty and such a lovely pink.

We've just seen a southerly storm sweeping up over Christchurch and out over Pegasus Bay. They've forecasted bad weather and it looks like it's arrived. Lightning, thunder, hail, snow - the works!
