K, our practice manager.
First met her as a feisty, head strong, trainee nurse, straight out of high school.
When Andy and I opened up our practice in 2002 - we headhunted her to be our head nurse. As we have grown, more and more responsibility is thrown her way. She is now practice manager in charge of the day to day running of the 3 practices.

She is, incidentally, one of the very best Vet nurses I have ever worked with over my almost 20 years as a Vet.
