Germination

It was only last week that I watched the tractor levelling the soil in this field ready for next year's crop. This morning I was amazed to see already, new green shoots which are far more visible from a distance - beautiful!

Whilst I admired the view Jess went crazy chasing the partridges hiding in the hedgerows, and has been limping again this afternoon. I do wish spaniels could self-regulate on the exercise front!
