Last day

I could have blipped any amount of things today: the Chateau where went to buy a case of special wine (most of the wine we take home comes from a local co-operative); the potter who talked to us about her work as we bought yet more pieces from her; Bonnieux Market, very much quieter now as the season ends; the lovely Aberdeen couple we met by chance and with whom we ended up having lunch at a local restaurant - they have returned to Bonnieux as many times as we have and rent a quirky house, not far from us, which has a sort of extra bit built into the rocks.

But in the end, it had to be the sunset that I walked along this evening to capture. The bell tower is one of the most photographed things in our village.

We leave here and start our journey home tomorrow.
